How do I join the Gragg Project?

I am interested in joining the Gragg project... How do I go about it?

The Gragg Project (incorrectly named) has been renamed to Gragg Name Study here:

Since you are the only one on its category page, I presume that means you wish to lead it?  Please send me a PM (do not answer this thread and do not put your email address on this public forum) so I can have your email address and set you up as manager.
