suggestion 931 for my grandfather

It is the Project thing - box with no Project as manager - not seeing a sticker but moved the template to under the Biography Header

US History Project has sub project Westward-Ho

Westward-Ho has a sub project Homesteaders

So this may be one that needs a sticker - I just have him with the template - plan to add more at some time soon so need to know but since I moved it - I may have cleared the suggestion - will see

Navarro, I'd be shocked if moving the template for the project box makes the error go away.  I'd be willing to bet that the error is triggered by the combination of the template being found on the profile (regardless of where it is located) and no project account on the trusted list as manager.

The amount of work created by changing the rules to require project management when the template is used is something that is unreasonable to expect members to go back to long finished work and make changes, either to add the project account as co-manager or to replace the template with a sticker that, as you point out, often doesn't even exist.  The way this transition needs to be accomplished is to:

  1. Create a sticker for every project that has a template
  2. Set EditBot to find profiles with project box and no project account as a manager
    a. If the trusted list is completely empty then add the project account as manager
    b.  Otherwise change the project box to the sticker

It is a load on the leaders to try and get this straightened out!  I did find stickers for many of mine, and several are in projects so they are fine but yeah many just take it off I am afraid and that may not be right either - it is rough time right now for the volunteers who became leaders!
They don't even know the options yet.  There's been a mention of having multiple project accounts, allowing 10s of thousands of profiles to be taken under management.  Otherwise, some projects would struggle to reduce their PPPs to one watchlist.
