That is either someone who is not registered at wikitree or was not logged on.

I googled "Who is 86.152.83.119" and google says 86.152.83 (.0 to .255) is an IP address range owned by British Telecommunications PLC -- The particular address is in Whitestone, Devon, England

But no name was attached to that information -- it also said the "threat" level was "low" which I'm sure is comforting

Hi Michael,

I think that that was me, Bob Harwood, but I was not logged in at the time so sorry about that.  I am Interested in all Harwood's from Greenwich as my family had lived there since in the early 1800's at least and I am the last one to be born there. I now live in Wokingham, Berkshire but the family came from Crossfield lane, Brewhouse lane, Wood Wharf (the old one that is) and various other places in the area
