Seaman lost at sea at Pearl Harbor Identified

I found a story about Williard Lawson, a seaman who went down with his ship, the USS Oklahoma on Dec 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor.  They have now identified his remains.  The link to the story is https://madisoncourier.com/Content/News/News/Article/Lost-at-Pearl-Harbor-Milton-sailor-coming-home-to-rest/178/961/114821?fbclid=IwAR2Quo76uUjQLv6pUuvrHmQbqXFlh1yaZwhhxDcL3r5PvYw3g1lat0brRgA

I am wondering if we have any special place to put his profile or anyone who would like to find his connection to our tree and add him?  He is not currently in Wikitree.

I found him on Ancestry.com, from Kentucky ... I'll see what else I can find out

Hello, I've created a profile for Williard Irvin Lawson, b appx. 1917, died 7 Dec 1941 at Pearl Harbor ... connected him to his ancestors

see Lawson-7650

My grandfather was a Pearl Harbor survivor, and I never knew until I married my husband, also a Navy man, who questioned my Grandpa about stuff.

Thanks for sharing the finding of Williard

Thanks so much for doing that Virginia. I wanted him to have a home here.  I did however have to correct your typo of his first name.  It should be Willard.  I found his family tree on Ancestry also.  I also added the picture of him taken from the newspaper article.
