Although Wikitree entries appear to be principally American, it is a GLOBAL family tree and rapidly spreading around the world. As an Australian-born, with ancestors and relatives from as far afield as England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Prussia, Poland, Germany, New Zealand and United States, I am constantly receiving contacts, (particularly from Great Britain and France), which have helped to grow my and their family trees. In 12 months of membership of Wikitree, my family has grown from 700 to 6,000! (My known relatives in USA would be around 45 - 50, so there are a lot elsewhere.) Peter Knowles
