I just saw this connection to my McGee family tree, but don't see how it's possible.

My great great grandparents, James and Mary McGee (nee O'Brien) were married in Thurles, Tipperary, Ireland in 1822.  It is improbable that she had married a Mr. Allison and gave birth at the age of 17 to Elizabeth in 1813, and four other Allison siblings in England through 1828 when she was having McGee children (William was first) in Tipperary beginning in 1825.

I ran the number associated with Allison-466 and that with McGee-3444 through the Wikitree connection finder and did not come up with anything. It's possible that if an ancestor tree of the McGee line was developed that the connection finder might find something.

Given that O’Brien and McGee are common names in Ireland , it is possible that Mary(O’Brien)McGee was married to an Allison, just not the one in your family. Have you looked to see?
