The first step is a DNA test. If you have done that I can help you.
Do you have a mother’s name?  A location for birth? And of course your birthday.  If so, I may have suggestions that will help.

You might like to add tag Adoption Angels

Katrina, What Marion means is to click the tiny "edit" link at bottom right of your question and in the space for tags, enter:   adoption_angels    then click the Save Changes button.  That will get quicker attention from the folks who specialize in helping find biological relatives.
Sorry Gaile, was rushing out the door. Should have taken a few more minutes to answer fully. Thanks for stepping in.

As you must know already, you have one close relative on gedmatch. She has a web presence. Have you tried contacting her?

I deliberately haven't put her name or email here as discussing living people is not allowed but if you're unsure who I mean then message me and I'll explain.

You have about 10% DNA in common and she appears to be of a similar age so you are likely first cousins. After her you're down to 3rd-4th cousin matches which are much harder to trace.

I would encourage you to check out the free resources available on www.DNAadoption.org. There is also a Google Group that provides support and advice. As Matthew said, you have a pretty strong match on GEDmatch. You might want to search "contact" on DNAadoption.org for advice on how to make first contact. Without lying, avoid using the word "adopted" in the initial contact as it can scare people off.
