Individual showing as his own half brother

Question

Ernest Alfred Reynolds is showing as his own half brother on his profile, both have the same wiki id.  Due to a botched gedcom import and match I had two Ernest Alfreds Reynolds so I merged them, but obviously screwed up.  Any ideas how to fix it as I am now too close to the problem and cant see how to fix it.

Go to the mother's profile and unlink the ghost of the other ID# (Reynolds-16545).

Thanks a lot that resolved the problem.  I think I'd become problem blind and was starting to see what I expected to see!!!!

You'd been working on it.  I was fresh to it.  Didn't see the problem on the dad's profile, but there he was, that pesky ghost, on the mother's.  Now you've exorcised him!

John, I see that it is now resolved, but just wanted to let you know that *YOU* did not screw up!  That is a known bug here.  Sometimes after a merge, the links to both merged profiles still remain and (until someone decides this is high enough priority to fix) the only way to fix it is to manually remove the connection to the no longer existing profile.
