Profile Previews not working for me

Question

When Profile Previews first launched it worked just fine. (And I loved it!) Now the Preview feature is no longer working. I have checked my settings and I did NOT disable it. Will someone please offer a suggestion on how I can get it to work again? Thank you!

PS I am using IE 11 if that matters. And yes, I know I need to update it but...

I use IE and the previews work for me, so maybe check to see if you aren't blocking popups or something else in settings?

It still doesn't work in IE 11 for me. Though I could have sworn two days ago it did for about 5 minutes. It definitely works with Chrome.

I am not very savvy with computers so not sure how to check the pop up possibility. When working on Wikitree, I like to have WT open in IE 11 and another window with Family Search open with Chrome. That way I can look from frame to frame. Heck! What I wrote doesn't even make sense to me...

I would first try another browser, like Chrome, because Preview definitely works.  It very well could be that browser.  It is easy to download Chrome or Firefox to see if that is the problem.  I would also add sysops or tech help as a tag to your question
