Wedding translation help

Here is what I think I know: Mazelov, 5 Sep 1680 Matej son of Jan Jablry from grdnoty (I know this isn't correct) married Katerina dau of Jan Wosejpka.  https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/5332/161/1253/586/80/0

Here is the 1683 Seigniorial Register link and it appears they indicate who she married and where he was from.

I read it this way:

Matěj, son of Jan Babka from Jednota below Velešín to Kateřina, daugther of Jan Wosejpka.

In the second image next to Kateřina's name I read - widow after Matěj Záviš (written as Zawyss) in Pelej. (probably abbreviation for Pelejovice)

I really don't know what Jednota could mean in this context, since it's not a name of any place. It means "unity" and in the middle ages in could refer to the Unity of the Brethren, a Czech protestant church.

Or maybe I just misread something...

Agree with translation of the marriage record. Jednota historically is often used interchangeably with samota, German Einschicht or Einsiedelhof, a single farmstead outside the village confines.

The Seigniorial register entry is "Wdana ze Matieye Zawyſſe - vdaná se Matěje Zaviše - married to Matěj Zaviš," the column next to the children's names is typically used to record their whereabouts, on what farm or in what household they serve, or if they are still in the father's house, and if they marry. If looking at the next year's entry you'd most likely find Kateřina not listed anymore since she is now part of a different household.

Thanks for clarification and correction. Another great information for me to remember...
Helmut, Thank you for your help.  I'm confused.  Katerina married Matej Babka in 1680 in Mazelov.   She lived at her father's homestead through 1683 even though she married in 1680. But the Seigniorial register doesn't show a husband living at the Jan Wosejpka homestead.  Then in 1683, it indicates her husband is Matej Zavis.  Am I understanding correctly?
Thank you Barbora!
