How to introduce into a Biography

In adding sources to the spouse of an orphaned Yorkshire lass, I came across a relevant entry seemingly applicable to both husband & wife namely,  Membership of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The entry I have added as a research note.

Would some one kindly explain the source detail as years seem to be confusing and the manner in which the content be best introduced into the BIOS.

I am not a member of the LDS, but they allow people to add deceased relatives to their church.  I have an ancestor who died in Charleston, SC,  in 1757 but was baptized in Sweden in 1995.  I think this sort of information is only useful to LDS members.
Actually, it has nothing to do with 'adding people to their church'.  It is providing standalone ordinances which have nothing to do with membership in the church.

You can delete it altogether unless it was during the lifetime of the person.

It is peculiar to LDS and I would put it under ===External Files === below Acknowledgments.

Looking at the source, it says the information came from a family group sheet. It seems as if his parents got baptized in 1888, so my best guess is that Lorenzo was never a member of the church, but was baptized after his death by one of his relatives.
