The profile doesn't state he only had two children, it merely only links to two chiildren, because only two children have had their profiles created so far.
In fact, the profile states nothing. There is no biography, and even worse, no sources. Thankfully, the unsourced template has been applied to the profile at least.
It sounds like you have some records that should be applied to the profile. The profile is open, but the profile manager is highly active and has made contributions as recently as earlier today. I suggest reaching out to her with your sources, offering to update the profiles. She might have many profiles to maintain and not have had a chance to research and update these ones. That's why collaboration is such a great aspect of WikiTree, we can all help each other do better genealogy.
