The project consists of its members, who are supposed to be working collaboratively to improve the profiles managed by the Project. Project management absolutely does NOT mean that individual project members, such as Janne, need to play a game of "Mother May I?" before making obviously needed improvements, such as removing an unsourced death date that doesn't make any sense. There are few death records for New Netherlanders, but many GEDCOM-created profiles (such as this one) include unsourced death dates. Often those deaths dates have no apparent basis, but in this case it's clear what the basis is, and it's clear it's wrong. Please fix that date!
