I have downloaded my raw data to GED.Com. How do I or do I need to load it to Wiki Tree? If I can add it to wiki tree how do I accomplish this? Will it help me find more family members?

Since your profile says you have tested with both Ancestry and 23&me, your details are already in the system.

If you wish to upload your Raw DNA data to Wikitree, the answer is NO SORRY you cannot do that.

You do not really need to upload a GEDcom since you already have your tree in place, and you are already connected to the global tree.

Uploading a Gedcom is just making extra unecessary work for yourself.

In terms of finding more family members that will only happen when they join wikitree and add their families. But if they are not on wikitree, then there is not much else you can do. Sorry.

If your unknown family members are NOT looking (not adding family trees online and not doing DNA tests), then again, there is nothing else you can do.

Do you mean gedmatch.com? Or do you mean a GEDCOM file.  It’s confusing because they sound almost the same but are totally different.

It sounds like you’re talking about DNA data.  If so, you can’t upload it to Wikitree. But you can put your test information on your profile and it will propagate around your tree here to reasonably close relatives, which is useful for finding DNA matches who have trees that connect to yours.

If you are instead asking about a GEDCOM file, which stores downloaded family tree info, like names, birthdates, etc., then you can upload that.  But I’ve never done it, so I’ll defer to others to help you out.

Crystal, I think you are saying you uploaded your DNA data to Gedmatch.com and you want to show the information here.

To do that, go back to Add > DNA Test Information. You'll see an option to edit the entries for the DNA tests you disclosed there. When you open one of those existing entries to edit it, you'll see a place to enter the Gedmatch ID number for the test.
