This documents Heri Feijen  then something about Nicolas Feijeneison....I've run across Fiejeneison in other records but I'm not sure what it means.  Not reading French I might guess "son of Feijen"  but would they keep this name as a new last name and branch off from the Feijen family in some way.

This is a birth record.

mil huit cent vingt neuf, le sept du mois de fevrier...

One thousand eight hundred twenty nine, the 7th of February...

Henry Feijen, aged 44 years... presented us a male infant born today at 8 in the morning, (born) of him and his spouse Susanne Wagner, and they named him Nicolas.

The other two names (Nicolas, 46, and Nicolas Altemaire, 26) are the witnesses. The first Nicolas was illiterate, and could not sign his name.
