I think this is a birth announment in latin.  Could you be so kind as to tranlate it for me...the name toward the bottom is of interest to me...Joannes.

Also what is vxoz??

Matrina is Godmother .. and I'm not sure that's a z.  I think it might be an r.

Also .. without knowing Latin .. I think that what you think as vxoz might be "and", because it seems to pair two names together.

.

Also, also .. where is your Joannes?  How far down?  (The last entry on the left seems to be for a Barbara .. unless I am totally misreading it (very possible!).)

Sorry I guess U was a bit vague...I see  Matrina vxor Joannis  ???  Fheodorj ?? Angela

Thank you

Am I looking at the correct entry?  The last one on the left page?

I don't see an Angela.

As best I can do (until someone used to translating these entries jumps in and says how wrong I am! (no surprise there)) .. what I can get from that last entry is:

.

something 8 August 1652

Parens Nicolas? Suber? from place eins Vxor Elizabetha, Jafans petrus Godfather petrus Suber from place Godmother Vxor joannis name from place with the name Barbara

The eins is German?   The nomine is "by/with the name (of)" (which I would probably say as "named").

(I was using the word list found here.)

 https://www.thoughtco.com/latin-genealogical-word-list-1422735 just gave me uxor/vxor = wife.

EDIT to add .. or husband, so "spouse".

thank you the word list might be a big help in future translations
eius = his

uxor = wife
Parens Nicholaus Faber (Smith, Schmidt) ex Bertringen eius

Uxor Elizabetha, Infans Petrus

Patrinus Petrus Faber ex [Strinnenfurdt?]

Matrina uxor Joannis Poulty[?] ex Bertring

nomine Barbara

--

Parent Nicholas Faber of Bertringen, his wife Elizabeth, infant Peter, godfather Peter Faber of (whatever that is), godmother the wife of John Poulty of Bertringen, named Barbara.
