I'm trying to identify father and mother of Henry along with any other names that would help my geneology search.

German, French, and Luxembourgish all are official languages of Luxembourg.  This document appears to be written in German, though I don't know enough to translate, especially given the handwriting.

I can't read Gothic German. I am not sure at all that I read those lines correctly.

Henricus FEIEN, day farm worker, 34 years old, a native of Kopstal, born on October 26th 1784, to the late Michel FEIEN and the late Anna WEISKOEBER

Susanna WAGENER, 26 years old, a native of Strassen, born on January 18th 1792, to  the late Henricus WAGENER and the late Barbara SCHEUER

Agree, except Anna Weiskoerber is also dead (abgelebt from ableben = to die). Same for Henricus Wagener.

Yep, that looks about right.  I did notice that it does say Henricus Feien and Michel Feien, and Anna Weiskoerber (although it actually kind of looks like Waiskoerber to me).  I don't know if you would translate Feien to Feyen or keep it.
