This is typically called "Double Cousins" because they share a first-cousin relationship through both their mother and their father.

Wonder if that makes me a triple cousin? My mom and two of her sisters married 3 brothers. LoL!
That's impressive.

This has been discussed in the forum before, and Erik is correct, the children would be double first cousins.  There is no such thing as triple cousins, because there are only two biological parents -- Pam's family has multiple sets of double cousins, i.e. children with multiple double cousin relationships.
