Ezekiel Baker (or is it WARD) Old Dobbs Co., N.C. 1773- 1847 ??

Question

Searching for info on Ezekiel Baker, h/o (supposedly) Mary Best.  Father (supposedly of) Penelope Ward (born in Rutherford, Tn)  w/o Henry John Ward, Weakley Co., Tn.

Granddaughter is Mary Frances Ward Jones, w/o Abel Jones who owned property in Weakley Co.

Very confused.  I find Ezekiel and Mary Ward born right time and right place, buried in Ward Cemetery plus owning property in Weakley Co., Tn. but Familysearch only shows one male child born to them.... plus a Ward / Ward marriage is not mentioned in anything I'm finding.

Ezekial Baker married twice.

First to Hannah Meeker who bore him a son named Ezekial Baker Jr.

He then married Phoebe Dickinson who bore the following children: John, Mary, Rhoda, Fanny, Ephraiman, and William.
