My grandmother Mary was born in Manhatten 1880s two sisters Margaret Jenny brothers

Richard Edward Joseph all born in Manhatten. There parents died young within a year.

Mary had a sister Catherine Shields who lived with my grandmother until she died in the 1950s in Rockaway Beach Ny

Richard Charles Smyth married Mary Shields 7 Sep 1879 at Manhattan, NY, NY. Groom's father was John S. Smyth and his mother was Mary Mccarthy. Bride's father was Edward and her mother was Mary A. Curren.
