Can you help connect a great-grandparent-less notable?

This time, we're trying to connect people from the Quest for Great-Grandparents challenges who aren't connected. (It belatedly occurred to me that, since the Quest for Great-Grandparents challenges aren't specifically about connecting, they might not be attracting the attention of connectors.) If you can add sources, photos, or biographies, build out the family trees, or improve these profiles in any other ways, so much the better!

Thank you.

P.S. I'm not a WikiTree Leader, and have no authority to assign points, credit, or anything like that. My intent with these challenges is for them to be a fun little break from whatever you're doing regularly. There's no time limit, there are no prizes, and if you have fun finding and adding relatives, then you win. (And WikiTree wins in any case, because the more connected profiles we have, the better the tree is for everybody.)

That said, if you manage to connect any of the profiles listed here to the main tree, there's no reason that you can't count that connection towards the Connectors Challenge, if you're taking part in that. (Or, you could count it towards the Sourcerers Challenge if you run across an unsourced profile which is already on WikiTree and add one or more sources to it.)

P.P.S. If this challenge intrigues you, and you think you might like to try your hand at connecting other unconnected branches, you can find more threads like this on the Places to find unconnected profiles page.

Somebody (or, probably, several somebodies) has/have connected Charlotte Elliott, John Newton, and Isaac Watts, so this challenge is now in 14th place among the "Can you help connect...?" challenges at 17.6%, and 17th place in terms of people to connect, with 14 people to go.

Somebody connected Samuel T. Francis, so this challenge is now in 15th place among the "Can you help connect...?" challenges at 23.5%, and tied for 19th place in terms of people to connect, with 13 people to go.

Somebody connected Ian MacLean, so this challenge is now in 14th place among the "Can you help connect...?" challenges in terms of percent complete, at 29.4%, and in a three-way tie for 21st place in terms of people still to connect, at 12.

Carl Boberg and William Henry Monk are now connected (thank you to whoever did that). This challenge is still in 14th place in terms of percent complete, but that percent is now 41.2%. In terms of people still to connect, it has move up to a four-way tie with Can you help connect an explorer?, Can you help connect a head of state? (Afghanistan to Finland), and Can you help connect a head of state? (Romania to Zimbabwe) for 19th place, at ten.

With Edward Perronet connected, this challenge is now in 13th place in terms of percent done, at 47.1%, and tied for 19th place in terms of people still to connect, at 9.

Bumping up this post if you like random challenges for Connect-a-Thon laugh

And Greg, any chance of a Caribbean version for your Grandparents list at some point? Choose any random people from the Notables diversity category [[:Category: Notables Diversity Project]]

Thanks!

Actually, I was hoping that people would take the Great-Grandparent Challenge idea and run with making their own, just like different people posted "Can you help connect..." challenges. (It's not like there's a shortage of possible lists.) But I don't recall ever seeing a single great-grandparent challenge other than the ones I posted myself. For that matter, it's been quite some time since I've seen anybody post a connection challenge. Maybe people just don't think they're fun any more.

Or, possibly, people don't want to take on the work. I know that going back and checking all the challenges I've posted to see if any progress has made is very time-consuming. That's why I've stopped. I want to see some of those challenges get completed before I put up any more.
