I would read the godmother as Angela, the wife of Joannus Theodore. Theodorj is actually Theodori I think, the genitive case “of Theodore”. I don’t know anything about Luxembourg registers but English Latin registers often have a long i if it’s at the end of a word. You see “Georgii” for instance which people have rendered as Georgy.
