Warning: Check the data.

A marriage date (8 Mar 1858) should not be after a spouse's death date (Stagman-8 died 20 Dec 1864) .

That’s because his wife died 1822, supposedly.

Thanks Girls

I misread it

Presumed that the Spouse  was Stagman himself

Presumption is the mother of all misunderstandings hey :-D

The  spouse's death date is then, that of his wife.

I had a hunch I was missing something --- mmm past midnight here maybe the little brain cells are asleep already lol

Thanks Pat and Marion

It is now very clear

You are both stars for helping !!

Much appreciated

You’re welcome
