Is it possible that he is related to my Emily Jane King?

According to the Relationship Finder, he is my eleventh cousin. The irony of the situation is that this King family is inter-married with a Jordan family. The other ironic thing is that this King/Jordan line is on my father's side of the family instead of my mother's side of the family. My father was born and raised 2,000 miles away from my mother. So, by hook or crook, I believe that my Jordan/King line is related to this Jordan/King line.
