Help with names of German Document

I'm not familiar with this document format would someone be so kind as to translate for me.

Please help decipher the names and how they relate to this event

Well, due to the picture quality provided by familysearch I can't read most of what it says. What I can tell you though is that Gottfried Lerm is the father of Joan August Lerm (if you compare other e's with the second letter in the word, it is more likely that it is an o. Maybe it was supposed to be Johan, which would be a proper German name. On the other hand the area where this baptism happened was under French siege some years earlier, which would explain the French first name Jean you read) The mother of Joan August Lerm is Dor. Wolffen, which is likely short for Dorothea. Her name differs within different Sources e. g. in their marriage document it reads Maria Dorothea Wolfin. The people numbered 1-5 are the godparents of Joan August Lerm, as the document documents his baptism. 1. der Junggeselle (Bachelor) Andreas Lerm in Spandau, 2. der Junggeselle (Bachelor) Joach. Wolff, 3. der ??? Meier Gottfried Mehls, 4. der ??? Wilh(elm) Goetsch, 5. die Ehefrau (wife) Louisa Borchazten. I tried to find more information on the child in question, but I only found a sibling, a nephew and the grandfathers of Joan August Lerm.

The first name is Joann, given name Lermm, both n's and m's in the names have a horizontal line over them which in older handwritten German texts denotes duplication of the letter. The missing word is "herrschaftlich" - manorial. Witness Nr. 5 is Borcharten, not Borchazten. Dad was a manorial coachman ("herrschaftlicher Kutscher"), and the birth happened on the 9th at 3 o'clock in the morning.
