Howard Martin Meek married Annie Louise ROWLEY in Cardiff during the 2nd quarter of 1905. The implication of this is that her last name at the time of the marriage was Rowley

According to the UK GRO (General Register Office) one of their sons Arthur Ninian Meek born Q4 1910 in Cardiff, has the birth record showing his mother's maiden name as Rowley.

There is a record also on the GRO for the other son whose name has been recorded as Edwin Howard Meck born Q1 1906 in Cardiff also with the mother's maiden name recorded as Rowley.

Given that the GRO records the mother's maiden name in birth records. it is almost 100% likely that the LNAB is Rowley
