MyGedcom said.ged.txt. How do I get good one for Gedmatch?

You used Gedcom and Gedmatch in the same title. These are very different things with confusingly similar names.  Because you said "Gedmatch", I assume you were doing something with DNA.  Is that correct?  A "Gedcom" has nothing to do with DNA and instead is just a way to store information about your family members, like names, birthdates, spouse name, etc.
Barry, it appears to me that Marnie is asking about how to get a gedcom file that she can upload to gedmatch.

Marnie, it sounds like your computer automatically added the extension ".txt" to the gedcom file when it saved it.  If that is the case then all you need to do is change the file name, removing the ".txt" from the end so that it ends in ".ged".

Thank you for your help. Gedcom is up at Gedmatch. I resolved “different sex” problem when I added myself as point person.
