What about people who should be famous but nobody thought to include in Wikipedia?

I was going through Newspapers.com with a surname of mine and I came across Cloyd S. Harkins.

I have started a profile for him and think he should be considered famous.  He does not have a Wikipedia page.

He was the first dentist to address cleft palates.

Can I categorize him as famous?

Good point! You can add them to Wikipedia, but don't be surprised if some of the obsessives who frequent the site seriously edit the page, take it down  or claim that your famous person is not famous. I've had a lot of difficulty with some of them. Go for it!

If you think Cloyd is famous you may want to write an article about him for Wikipedia:

I am not writing another article about him.  I spent all day on this one and I am not related.

I have no desire to  contribute to Wikipedia,
