Can someone find the mistake in the reference sourcing coding?

I seem to always have a problem getting the programming right when there are multiple uses of the same source within a bio. I was doing the sourcing sprint and ran into this profile and it just needs to be cleaned up. But my coding for <ref name=“1900Census”> only shows the first time and I can't get it to repeat. I can't find the mistake so I appreciate the repeat instruction on how to get this right.

It looks like you have curled quotes “ instead of straight quotes ".

That explains a lot. My iPad doesn't directly give me that option so I never noticed it.
Gurney, I think you can skip the quotes if the name doesn't have a space.  '1900 Census' needs them, but '1900Census' does not.
