I'd appreciate your help in making some pre-1700 profiles...

Question

I want to make profiles for the Inca dinasty, so started researching and found out there are some requirements to meet, certificates and reliable sources for instance, so I got for he moment the pre-1700 certificate and in order to get the pre-1500 certificate I have to demonstrate good jobs at collaborating in pre-1700 profiles, so I decided to start up with pre-1700 profiles of the dinasty specifically at Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, not a ruler actually but a writer, historian and member of the Incan nobility, so again I'd appreciate your help and advice on the matter and maybe the assignment to a project, I'm a newbie at this matter so I'd like to know what are the steps to it.

The date of birth of Garcilaso de la Vega is often thought to be 1498 - which would make him a pre-1500.

There are at least 3 notables with the name Garcilaso de la Vega and all of them related to each other, the birth date interval of the last 2 includes post-1500 era, one of them being Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, and as Wikitree doesn't include birth date intervals, only before and after, this could be used as a workaround I think. I would expect virtually no primary sources, so I think a place to begin would be to identify reputable scholarly works that give details on the Inca nobility. Is there a pre-Columbian Peruvian/Ecuador history journal? Is there anything in the Spanish archive website PARES that addresses this topic (as a point of reference there are several family trees of Moctezuma's descendants in the Spanish archives)?

Exactly, there's not known primary sources as far as I know, only stories and legends told by historians one of them being Inca Garcilaso de la Vega himself, PARES is a good advice but they only have comments about him.
