He married Ann Barbour in 1860 (greenock). His father is shown as Thomas McIntyre (Soldier) Deceased and mother unknown on his wedding cert.

in 1881 Willaim and his family lived in Grangemouth Scotland where he worked as a Boilermaker.

I'm looking for information on Donald Mcarthur McIntyre, whom I believe is linked to the information you have above. His Father had a shop I believe on Iona street Edinburgh. The family was originally from Kintyre.

Donald was a butcher to trade, worked as a handyman in the later years. He died in 2009 in Stockbridge area of Edinburgh.
