As part of the Notables branch of the Family Reunion project, we have started to work on profiles and connections for the hosts/anchors on NBC's Today Show. (AJ has been speaking on news and talk shows, and if he ends up speaking with them, we want our best face forward with connections ready.)
One of their hosts who is amazingly interesting is Hoda Kotb. She is an Egyptian-American news anchor, and the grand-niece of the Arab world's first female lawyer, Moufida Abdel-Rahman/Abdel-Latif. Is there someone familiar with Arab/Egyptian naming conventions and genealogy who would like to work on a tree for her, and ultimately her connection to the big tree? Contact me and I would be glad to add you to her trusted list.
