How to remove an incorrect photo that I posted?

Go to the profile it's on, click on the photo, and scroll down to the edit image section.  Click the 'remove' radio button and then save your changes.  The photo will disappear from the data base after a short time.

Just remove all the people connected to it and it will drop out of the system in due course.
