Shall the "Pony Express Rider" category be included?

There is a nice Obit for Joseph Coberly that says he was a Pony Express Rider, but the list on the Riders does not include him.  hmm.  should I believe the Colorado obit  or  NOT?  and take Horse Rider category off and I was going to add him to the Pony Express  SPACE...  what do you think?   OBIT is attached to his profile

I think I would leave it, but add a "Research Notes" field to the profile. Mention the Obituary saying he was a rider, but that he wasn't mentioned in the official list and that more research is necessary.

Then, I would call the contact information on these sites and ask them about the discrepancy. Put whatever they tell you into the research notes.

sounds good.  and he is not found in the 1860 census.. several other of the Riders are also not found in the census for that year.  like the Cliff brothers.  anyway,  will do and thank you...
No problem! And glad to help. I hope one of those two sites is able to help you piece it together, as well.
Lucy, thanks for selecting my answer with a star :)
