When did Elizabeth "Katherine" Wooten arrive in Massachusetts?

I am looking for information about Elizabeth Wooten who married William Perkins in Roxbury in 1636.  When did she arrive in Massachusetts, who was her father, what was her family situation at the time of arrival?

Hoping only to be helpful, it the attached profile is about this particular Elizbeth (Wooten) Perkins, perhaps someone will help open the profile?

William Perkins was profiled in Great Migration Begins, (Anderson, 1995), p 1433-1434. He does not identify her origins, just calls her Elizabeth Wooten. 

The Essex Genealogist in 1983 published this: "Efforts to discover her identity have so far failed."  

Additional spellings of her name include WOOTTEN, WOOLTON.

Clues might also be found in the naming patterns of her ten children:

1. William (died young)
2. William (after his father or paternal grandfather)
3. Elizabeth (after his mother or maternal grandmother?)
4. Tobijah
5. Katharine (his father's mother's name)
6. Mary
7. John
8. Sarah
9. TImothy
10. Rebecca

There was one other WOOTEN about the same age in Massachusetts during this time. His name was Edward Wooten and he left a will dated 1691 in Boston. He appeared to have no family of his own as he left his entire to one Pasco.

out of curiosity: where do you get the "Katherine" part of Elizabeth's name from? I saw no reference to that name (associated with her specifically) anywhere in my NEHGS searches.

And, she should be merged with this Elizabeth Wooten Perkins.

References to her found in Ancestry.com show her as Elizabeth "Katherine" Wooten.  I couldn't find any other Wooten's in the 1600's.
