Pending Merge time has exceeded 30 days and no default approval

Question

I have 2 proposed merges from May 20 that have one manager approved and the 2nd should have gone to default approval, but neither have done so. Dates at bottom of profile have changed for some reason, but the proposed merge date in Changes log for both sets of merges has may 20 2019.  Date on profile page has Jun 16

Darby-1882 into Derby-124

Blanchard-3374 into Blanchard-380

Any ideas on why the merge default approvals have not been created would be appreciated.  Other proposals made on the same date had default approvals done.

I know that a while back some merges were accidentally default approved when the system ‘burped’ then they had to reset them. Maybe something like that happened.

I am not any kind of administrator, so I don't know what happened. But one suggestion is ... I recently saw a message where someone said that all their merges had been approved for immediate action ... and then someone with some authority corrected that error. Maybe this profile was involved in that correction ?

Most likely one of the profiles has a higher privacy setting.

Both profiles can be edited, so privacy isn't an issue
