WWI soldier info needed

I've just come across a distant cousin, Everett W Davenport, b. 15 Aug 1898 in Paw Creek, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. He served in the United States Navy during WWI. I found a few service cards and wonder if there are other records.

One puzzler is that he died at Naval Base Hospital #3 in Leith, Scotland, on 3 Nov 1918 at the age of 20. The location suggestions give me two places, so which one would be the place where the naval base would have been? I'm guessing near Edinbough. (His body was returned to Paw Creek.) Here's the source.

Thanks for your assistance!

Any idea what “102 Fa Su Co” means?

Lobar pnuemonia. So, probably a flu death.  sad

That’s what I was thinking. Maybe the Spanish Flu?
