How to delete photos?

I'm having trouble with the size of my images showing as enormous.  How can I delete them and upload a better size?

Where do u "remove" assoc people with the photo? What field? What field does the "remove" buttom pop-up on?

All you have to do is 'remove' all the people associated with the photo and it goes to the scrap heap. Then you can add the new photo....

The sizes of photos you've uploaded, such as https://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Woehlert-9 and https://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Sedlacek-124 , look fine to me. WikiTree displays high-resolution images at a scale consistent with the page size. (They don't look enormous unless you display them at "original size.")

Thanks, Ellen.  I went to the original picture and reduced the size, then re-uploaded it after Nick Andreola helped me with deleting.  That's why it looks okay now.  Appreciate your advice!
