More eyes needed correcting the early Quaker Harrold lineage

Richard Harrold is believed the first of his Quaker line in the colonies. However there are numerous issues with the present profile.

Header reads he was born North Carolina and bio copy reads born in England. 1683 predates almost all Europeans in the New Garden/Guilford area. First New Garden Quaker meeting is 1752.  Was this meant to be New Garden in Pennsylvania? But we still have 1681 arrival vs 1683 birth.

I am unable to find reference to a ship named the Henry and Ann which arrived in the colonies 1681 (or any other year). Is this perhaps meant to be the Thomas & Ann which did arrive 1681 as part of Penn's fleet? No record of the Harrold's aboard but it is not certain the ships log is complete: https://www.chester.pa-roots.com/misc/individual_ships_of_penn.htm

The lack of birth date and place documentation makes the attached parents suspect.

Any assistance on this appreciated.
