I didn’t find an HAGGY profiles here on WikiTree.
It makes it easier for someone to help you if you include any dates or approximate dates of b, m, d – as we don’t know if your William might be from the 1680’s or 1940’s!
If you have any names of spouses, siblings, children it also helps narrow down your ancestor.
In the meantime you might want to try the free search tool at https://familysearch.org/ as a starting point.
