Not able to post photo's

Question

For months I wasn't able to post photo's than today I was able to post one and than this happened again. Any help would b e appreciated

As far as I know I don't have any problems with mine. I have used this for years. I have Trend Micros antivirus

Hi Kathy,

Some users are having trouble uploading images. We've been looking into it, but it's been hard to debug because it's only happening to some users and the uploads seem to be failing before the data reaches our server.

If you'd like, you can email any additional information (such as the image file, what page you were on when you were trying to upload, what time you tried to upload, who your internet service provider is, etc.) to jamie [at] wikitree.com.
