Modifications to {{The Great War}} Sticker (Categories)

Question

Based on previous feedback and concerns with {{The Great War}} sticker and the assigned categories, the following is a proposal on modifications:

First, the sticker currently creates two categories that are not in line with naming standards; Royal Navy in World War I and British Army in World War I. These category assignments were set up as very specific exclusions to the common naming standard (Name, World War I).

Second, any profiles using the template, without providing a parameter for |branch=, or another categorizing parameter, the profile is placed in the category World War I, which is a high level category and should not contain profiles.

So the recommendations are to modify:

1. ...the categorization of Royal Navy in World War I to Royal Navy, World War I;
2. ...the categorization of British Army in World War I to British Army, World War I;
3. ...the categorization of World War I to Service Unknown, World War I.

Just to get this straight Steve, you are suggesting:

1. Rename the Category: Royal Navy in World War I to the proper Category: Royal Navy, World War I.  And then setting the Great War sticker to apply that category.
2. Rename the Category: British Army in World War I to Category: British Army, World War I. And do the same as above with the Great War Sticker.
3. Creating a Category: Unknown, World War I as a subcategory to Category: World War I and setting the Great War Sticker to apply that when a proper Parameter has not been set.

One thing, I would name it Category: Service Unknown, World War I.  A little more specific as to why they are there.  All I can think of is somebody thinking it was related to an Unknown Soldier which is superfluous as if you know their name, how could they be Unknown!!!!  But I have given up on questioning the marvels of the simplicity of the human mind.  LOL

Jelena, can you give me an example of a suggestion you currently have? Right now, this template should not be generating any suggestions (for categories).

Urgh, is it possible to post a picture from the own hard drive or do I have to upload it to a online server?

It would have to be uploaded to a cloud service. Can you try posting a link to the suggestion/error you are seeing? That should work well enough.
