`You are welcome and thank you for your patience. What you need is not very hard to accomplish. Most of the hold back here is getting an extension for what you are looking for. I am still working on it.

You will find that help on such things is more forthcoming if when you write the question you add tags (there is a place for it on the message template).  For example, Poland or Polish or the family surname.
