I requested Supervisor help; did I do it in the wrong place?

Question

I used the "public bulletin board" on Moore-175 to request supervisor help in rolling back a merge gone wrong. (I'm SO sorry.) But I feel like my request has gone into outer space. Where does it go? I'm so eager to fix the problem I created, I've bitten off all my nails.

(not really... i mean, I'm eager and anxious, but my nails are still intact.)

info@ and that message form on the WikiTree Admin profile page both go to Tami. She's one of the staff members and most of her work is not the Supervisor kind.

If you need just any Supervisor, it's probably best to post here in G2G, where most of us will see it.

If you need sysop level stuff (usually for profiles over 200 years old that have a privacy level other than Open, which sysops can open up), email me at lianne@.

The G2G forums would be the quickest way to get help on such an issue.  The public bulletin board on a profile is only going to show up in the activity feed for folks who have the profile in their watch list.

As for the merge gone wrong, unfortunately merges are one change which can't be undone.  A new profile needs to be created and then the attaching/detaching can follow.  If you will contact me via the private message link on my page and let me know the details, I'll be happy to help.

FWIW, here is an index of the Supervisors. Some of them have notes on their specific interests. From their profile pages you can click to send them a private message or post a note on their bulletin board.
