Advice before merging these pre-1700 Salas Y Trujillo-Trujillo profiles?

Naming patterns in early Hispanic families do not seem to be applied consistently in the source documents I use so I cannot add anything useful to this proposed merge. Clearly it is the same person and I therefore recommend a merge. Perhaps you have referees in your system who can sort out a consistent use of "de", "de la", etc. for the final format.

Between the two profiles there are five birthdates. Which is correct, or which are supported by which document? I realize different stated ages in different documents can result in different estimates of birthdate.
Thank you, George— I will focus on the dates and see if I can match any of them to sources.

Thank you, Marion. (Oh, and don't get me started on the "y"s in Hispanic family names!)
