Problem with parents of Mark Jewett (1762-1849)

Having a problem with the parents of Mark Jewett (1762-1849).  Frederick Jewett in his book "Jewetts in America", Volume II, Page 1024, it shows Mark Jewett with no parents listed and does not allude to parents.  In the same book, but In Volume I, Page 142, he shows Moses Jewett (1727-1827) with a son Mark, with no wife, but states he had one daughter who married a Follensbee.

Mark Jewett (1762-1849) had one son that we know of, Barzillai  (1779-1870).

I have seen Moses used and his Mark used with the spouse and child my Mark (1779).  What is correct?  I have not found any other sources yet for the Jewett line here, maybe someone has some more sources and an answer.

Here are some more pointers ... I think your Barzillai was born in 1789 ... and a birth source: ,,, father, Mark and mother, Patience

And no parents for this Mark but a Find A Grave entry:
Thank you Bob, I have noted the DoB change you mentioned.  You are correct in that Mark and Patience are the parents of Barzillai.  Now the problem of who Mark's parents are?  I have found several notation that mention Moses and Mary, but no confirmed sources on this issue yet.

I have found a New Hampshire Birth record for a Mark Jewet, correct DoB and location with parents listed as Moses and Mary.  This could be it, but I would like further confirmation if possible.
I think the birth city I used for Mark was incorrect ... Exeter, Rockingham, NH seems to be the place ...

I've updated his profile with this source that lists Moses and Mary as his parents.

Here's a Mark Jewett that died in 1826 in Ipswich but was only about three years old ...
Thank you Marion, but I am interested in Mark's parents.  There is possibly a third Mark, but he does not fall into this family.
