Why don't links to ancestry dot com sources show in the proflie?

The source links for family search show up, but the ones for ancestry don't. They show in the preview on the editing page but don't show up in the actual profile.

Ad blockers interfere with display of Ancestry links on WikiTree.  If you disable your ad blocker for WikiTree, the links will show.

How do you do that? My iPad either allows popups or it doesn’t. There doesn’t appear to be a way to only alter Wikitree ad blockers.

Marion, do you have the disappearing Ancestry links issue on your iPad?  As I understand it, the ad blocker problem is specific to the AdBlock Plus extension for Firefox (and maybe other browsers?).  AdBlock Plus allows you to enable ads on specific websites.

If you use something such as adblock/adblock plus, it allows for exclusions (essentially a whitelist for websites where you will accept ads).

Marion, I think that's normal Ancestry behavior.  The issue Bonita asked about exhibits as no link at all visible on WikiTree - nothing to click.  You can see it in the Preview window when editing the profile, but it disappears on the regular profile page.

My Ancestry links all disappeared this morning. I am not using Ad Blocker. My browsers are Firefox (primary), Chrome, and Edge, and the problem affects all three. Do I have a hidden ad blocker that keeps me from seeing the Ancestry URLs? I use Kaspersky Total Security as my antivirus software.
