Any information on William Thomas Doyle born in Ireland early 1800's

Question

William Thomas Doyle was known in my family simply as Thomas, but often one name was prefered. Also Ancesty has him as Willian with an n, but I suspect that is an error. He was said to have been born in Co. Wexford, moved to Co. Wicklow, and then to Ontario. It was not clear whether he married Sarah Thorpe in Co. Wicklow or Canada, but she is from Wicklow. I have not been able to find more than this, so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Unfortunantly this is precisely the problem... The only date we have is their immigration to Canada in the late 1840's.

Actually you have so many more dates than what shows in the current wiki-tree profile.  Each data item you put in the profile has potential to connect with other researchers.

It is a lot of research to locate a specific DOYLE to their records in Ireland.  A good approach is to add events with dates, places and names of the related family members starting with a known descendant Dorothy Alice DOYLE and work back in detail through US records - Census, Church - for each allied name.  Sometimes you will find the clue in the records of a cousin.  If you add enough info a cousin may find you.

After 10 years I am continuing to search for the marriage records of my 4 DOYLE sisters missing in Kentucky.
