Art Neville, member of Neville Brothers, Meters, dies at 81

Art Neville, "Poppa Funk" died peacefully in his sleep on July 22, 2019. 

I have attached his wikipedia page.

The other members of the Neville Brothers included Charles, Cyril, and Aaron. Charles died in 2018.

Oh, Cheryl. This is sad news. To read of David Hedison and now Art Neville. I loved the Neville Brothers. They had such a unique sound. Another loss for New Orleans, but his music lives on.

Bummer. I love the Neville Brothers and the Meters.  I made a profile for Charles and did some of his family tree last year. You can attach Art as his brother.
