He is probably the Thomas S Folley who married Elizabeth C Gilbert in Temora in 1908 (She is probably Elizabeth Cardine Gilbert). There were several children of this marriage. If you track records of events in the childrnes lives you may find more info.

At the Wyalong Quarter Session, Thomas Samuel Folley was found not guilty on a charge of having stolen a money order valued at £5 at Weethalle on December 6. Judge Coyle ordered the money order to be can- celled and returned to the Maternity Department.

At the Quarter Sessions, before Judge Coyle, Thomas Samuel Folley was convicted of having, at Barmedman, obtained, by means of false pretence, the sum of £9/l6/6 from Walter Keefe, hotelkeeper. Folley was bound over in his own surety of £50, and another of £50, to come up for sentence if called upon within 12 months, and was ordered to make restitution of £20.
